To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on jos007, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

Each User is permitted to register and maintain one Account only on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document;
• A valid email address that you own and have sole access to;
• A valid Malaysian mobile phone number (for verification and security purposes);
• Date of birth (to verify the minimum age requirement);
• Preferred currency (MYR by default for Malaysian players).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You agree to notify jos007 support immediately via live chat or email ([email protected]) if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. jos007 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate Account security.

In accordance with our obligations under applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gambling frameworks, jos007 requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") identity verification process prior to processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, or at any time at the Platform's sole discretion.

Standard KYC documentation typically required includes:

• A clear copy of a valid Malaysian government-issued identity document (MyKad, passport, or driver's license);
• Proof of residential address — such as a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence — dated within the preceding three (3) months;
• A selfie photograph holding the identity document, where reasonably requested.

jos007 reserves the right to request additional documentation where required for enhanced due diligence. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. Pending completion of KYC, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of bonus-derived balances in accordance with applicable policy.

jos007 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels:

• E-walets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay;
• Bank Transfers: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other FPX-participating banks;
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow;
• Cryptocurrency: USDT (TRC20 and ERC20 networks), BTC.

All deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be voided and the Account suspended pending investigation.

jos007 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, third-party transaction fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are outside our control and remain your responsibility. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network gas fees applicable to the respective blockchain.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Completed KYC identity verification;
• All active bonus wagering requirements have been fully satisfied;
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed applicable daily or monthly limits for your account tier;
• Your Account is in good standing with no outstanding disputes, chargebacks, or compliance flags.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5to 30 minutes; bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business hours; USDT cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically confirmed within 10 to 20 minutes, subject to network congestion. All processing times are indicative and not guaranteed.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Each Player is entitled to claim each welcome bonus offer once only per household, device, IP address, and payment method;
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money funds and must satisfy applicable Wagering Requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn;

All betting and gaming activity on the Platform is conducted in accordance with the product-specific rules applicable to each game or market. By placing a bet or wagering on a game, you confirm that you have read and understood the relevant rules.

General rules applicable across all betting and gaming products on jos007 include:

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. Requests to cancel a confirmed bet will not be entertained except in circumstances expressly provided for in the relevant game rules;
• In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or connectivity interruption during a game round or betting session, the bet or round result may be voided and stakes returned at the Platform's discretion;
• jos007 reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that the bet was placed in error, at incorrect odds, or under circumstances constituting a palpable error;
• Live football, EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules of the respective sports and governing bodies;
• Slot and casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and are independently verified for fairness.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referal to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering multiple Accounts or using any form of identity deception during registration;
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or circumventing geographic restrictions through the use of VPNs, proxies, or similar tools;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, with Platform staff, or with third parties to manipulate game or sports outcomes;
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or allowing a third party to use your Account;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, placing low-risk hedging bets across multiple accounts to clear wagering requirements.

jos007 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling practices. We operate in accordance with responsible gambling standards and provide the following tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account to manage their spending;
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time alerts to notify them of the duration of their active gaming session;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from the Platform, which will result in their Account being permanently closed and no further access permitted.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior express written consent of jos007.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jos007 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, jos007 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of funds arising from technical errors, connectivity failures, or system downtime;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any loss of winings, profits, or opportunity arising from market suspension, bet voidance, or game malfunction;
• Any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment service providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting jos007 support via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of any forfeited bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

jos007 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information;
• Evidence of prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 11;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request;
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from your payment provider;
• Directive from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jos007 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes as to validity, interpretation, performance, or breach, shall first be submitted to the jos007 customer support team for good-faith resolution.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within a reasonable timeframe, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of the relevant arbitration body. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable dispute resolution process and to waive any right to participate in a class action proceding in relation to the Platform.

jos007 reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via on-platform notification or email to the address associated with your Account. The updated Terms will be effective from the date of publication on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
